Agreement
By using Frontline Marketing Group's website and services, including opting in to dealer SMS alerts, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our services or opt in to SMS communications.
Dealer SMS Alerts Program
Our SMS program is intended exclusively for authorized business dealers who have explicitly opted in through our secure web portal. By opting in, you authorize Frontline Group to send automated text message alerts, updates, and reminders to the mobile number you provide.
Acceptable Use
You agree to provide accurate information when opting in and to use our services only for lawful business purposes related to your authorized dealership relationship with Frontline Group.
Limitation of Liability
Frontline Group provides SMS alerts on an "as available" basis. We are not liable for delays, delivery failures, or interruptions caused by mobile carriers, network issues, or events outside our reasonable control.
Changes
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
